Materiality matrix
We are delighted to present Prayon’s second global sustainability report, reflecting our commitment to leading the way towards sustainability and circularity in phosphorus chemistry.
The results of this exercise show that the CSR philosophy adopted by Prayon in 2021 is in line with the expectations of its stakeholders, and that the priorities defined (Environment & Biodiversity, Energy Transition, and Safety & Well-being) are challenges shared by its partners.
Below the consensus zone are pillars that relate more directly to Prayon’s internal operations and are of less direct interest to its stakeholders. The quality pillar is considered to be at a good level by all stakeholders and must be cultivated to achieve continuous progress. Risk management and competitivity, which are key to the Group’s long-term viability, will continue to be Prayon’s strategic priorities.
Above the consensus zone – but very close to it – is the “Short and responsible circuits” pillar. Prayon has already considered this, as the monitoring indicator for this pillar is higher than the target set.
- Cultivate: efforts adapted to generate a dynamic of continuous progress and be in line with the average of companies within its sector.
- Progress: high level of effort to make significant progress towards meeting the degree of best practices within its sector.
- Mobilize: Group priorities for positioning Prayon as a leader in its sector.
