Our Stakeholders
Prayon maintains an open dialogue with its employees and with numerous external entities (customers, suppliers, etc.) from three distinct spheres: economic partners, public authorities, and civil society.
In order to align itself with the expectations of all stakeholders, Prayon launched a broad consultation with 36 organizations in 2022 and analyzed no fewer than 53 contributions[1] .
This analysis was then compared to Prayon’s strategic vision for 2030 and initial work on CSR policy. A materiality matrix was drawn up to integrate this data and visualize the priorities shared by Prayon and its stakeholders.
